Karen Schreiber-Mason

Karen has been pursuing the essence of energy, studying Tai Chi and Qigong for over 30 years at the local Cootie Harris School of Tai Chi and with Chinese Qigong Master Robert Peng, who lives in New York. She also practices yoga and studied at the Full Spectrum Center.

Karen feels that the philosophy and practices of Tai Chi, Qigong, and energy work are her path in life, physically, mentally, and spiritually and would like to share that path with participants at Brookside Studio.

Hannah Cosdon, LCSW

Hannah Cosdon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Master’s degree from Smith College in 1997.  Hannah is also a registered Hatha Yoga teacher with extensive training in the therapeutic use of mindfulness, breath-body awareness, and tension release. She completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Michael Plasha in Erie and has also participated in Yoga Therapy continuing education at Kripalu Institute in Massachusetts.



Pamela Coulson Smith

Pamela begun studying Belly dance knowing next to nothing about the movement involved, or the culture behind it and quickly fell in love with both.  For the past four years, Pamela has performed and led in the world wide event Shimmy Mob with the Erie and Meadville, PA Troupes,bringing a voice to support victims of Domestic Violence.

Pamela believes that studying Belly Dance is a life long process, and is always learning to increase the technique and vocabulary in Belly Dance. She has studied under Carla Fleming, and Angie Janosky in Erie, PA.  Pamela performs primarily Egyptian style, and Tribal Fusion Belly Dance, and continues to grow and learn all styles of Belly Dance.
