Reservations or signing up are not required. Just show up for classes 10-15 minutes prior to start time, and we'd love to have you!

First Time at Brookside?
Save some time for your first visit by printing the Student Info & Waiver Form and filling it out prior, and bring it with you to your first class.
We have mats, props, and blankets at the studio that you can borrow for classes. You only need to show up. Dress comfortably, bring some water, and please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to class.
Prior to your first class, please either email or print a copy of Health Care Provider Release Form to give to your prenatal caregiver and return it to the studio.
Safety is our main concern here and we want to be certain that yoga is right for you during your pregnancy. Thanks so much!
